Top 5 Cheer-Worthy Appetizers
Hosting a Super Bowl party isn't just about the game but also the food. Great food is why people enjoy getting together no matter what the occasion is, that is why your Super Bowl party should have the best appetizers. Appetizers that are good for watching the Super Bowl are full of flavor, crunchy, and have some bite to them.

Chicken Wings

Nothing screams football like hot juicy chicken wings. Separate 12 wings into two pieces and fry in oil heated to 400 degrees for about 5 minutes or until crispy. Put wings in an oven proof dish and cover with 1 stick melted butter and 12 ounces of hot sauce. Bake at 325 for 12 minutes. Remember to serve with blue cheese and celery.

Slower Cooker Meatballs

Meatballs are great appetizers you can eat quickly off a toothpick with minimal mess. Place one package of premade frozen meatballs in your crockpot and cover with one bottle of catalina dressing, 1 cup of orange marmalade and 3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce. Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.

Sliders

For the heartier eater you can serve some small bite size burgers with a variety of toppings to choose from; sautéed onions, tomato, lettuce, pickles, blue cheese, etc. You can get as creative as you want with your topping choices your possibilities are endless. Don't forget the miniature buns to accompany your sliders.

Buffalo Potato Skins

Everyone loves potato skins, combine them with buffalo chicken you have an instant crowd pleaser. Pierce and cook potatoes in microwave until a fork is easily inserted into them. Meanwhile boil some chicken in chicken broth for about 20 minutes. Once cooked through shred chicken and mix with ½ cup chicken broth and hot sauce to taste. After potatoes are cooked cut in half and scoop out middle. Add chicken to each potato, top with cheddar cheese and bake for 5 minutes at 450 or until cheese melts. Serve with sour cream.

7 Layer Dip

No football party is complete without chips and dip and what better way to have dip then with 7 different flavors at once. Mix 16 ounces of refried beans with 1 tbsp taco seasoning mix, spread on bottom of platter. Layer with 1 cup of each of the following ingredients; sour cream, salsa, shredded lettuce, 4 green onions sliced and 2 tbsp sliced black olives.
