My favorite baking recipe was first created while I was dieting and could not participate in family pizza night. This recipe is very easy and fun to make. It is low in calories, and very low in carbohydrates. This has become one of my favorite recipes because the blend of flavors makes me feel like I am eating pizza, without packing on the pounds. It also makes a great appetizer or side item, and may appeal to youngsters who do not like to eat vegetables.
