Treatment for Acne and Black Heads

Treatment for Acne and Black Heads
Acne and black heads are difficult to get rid of. I used to think that when I grew out of being a teenager that it would just go away. I have been dealing with it my whole life, and I have detected a few remedies that really do help. I remember going to the dermatologist and they gave me some expensive pills and creams that helped, but I have found a few other ways to remedy it.

Green face mask to cure acne

Acne may be difficult to get rid of, but it isn't impossible. It is true that you never truly get rid of it. If you are prone to acne, you will find that it pops up from time to time throughout your lifetime, no matter what your age. You know that scary green mask that you put on your face and it dries? I have noticed that has become a thing of the past. Don't let it die, it really does work. In high humidity you can become more prone to breakouts. In conditions like that I just put a dab of the face mask on each of the problem areas and leave it on all night. Some of them went away completely, and the stubborn ones were smaller, and less red. The mask dried up all the excess moisture that was causing my breakouts.

Keep your face clean especially before bed

Make sure to always wash your face before bed. Your skin regenerates while you are sleeping and if there is makeup and/or dirt it will clog your pores. A good idea is to apply a thin layer of the face mask cream to the areas of your skin where black heads and acne are. I only apply a thin layer because leaving a thick layer on for a prolonged period of time will cause a great deal of redness. You won't even need to wash it off the morning after because it will dry and flake off all on its own. You will also notice your skin is clearer and free of black heads, not all of them of course that will take time, but it will look a lot better. Keep a regular routine with it and your acne will remain in check.

Work out

The more you sweat the more toxins that come out of your pores. The benefits are two fold: The sweat coming out of your pores will rid them of any gunk that is stuck in there, and the fewer toxins you have in your body the better your skin will look.

Keep your hair clean and out of your face

Wear your hair up and out of your face, and also, keep it clean. There are natural oils in your hair that will rub off and clog your pores if your hair is constantly in your face. Don't use hair conditioner on the top of your head only about half way down and on the ends.

Keep pillow cases clean and sheets clean

Wash the linens once per week to keep dirt that was previously on your face or in your hair from going right back onto your skin.
