The 30 Minute Chest Workout

The 30 Minute Chest Workout
Instead of spending an hour plus at the gym working to get the muscles that every man craves, you should take the approach of get in and get out. Not having enough time for the gym is the single most made excuse that guys use today. There are definitely days where I say that my schedule is too full or that I'm too tired to hit the weights, but I feel anybody can fit thirty minutes a day to complete this workout. Why this routine works so well? You will be doing 4 different exercises and over 340 reps of peck ripping moves.

Super set as fast as you can for total of 5 sets. Take a minute break in-between the 4 sets. This will allow you to rest, but only enough to catch your breath.

Incline dumbbell bench press 15 reps
Flat dumbbell bench press 12 reps
Dumbbell fly's on a flat bench 12 reps
Pushups 30 reps: Note you might not be able to finish 30 straight pushups, but make sure you get all 30 in before taking your break.
There doesn't seem to be a lot of depth to this workout, but it is a great way to tear up the chest in a short period of time. You will leave the gym feeling great, while not taking up more than 30 minutes of your precious day. So quit making the time excuse and go pump up that upper body. Even a 30 minute workout can give you that boost of confidence it seems were all constantly looking for.
