3. Add two slices of Angus Corn Beef to same slice of rye bread, next, add a spoonful of sauerkraut.
4. Add a tablespoon of Russian dressing and four slices more of Angus Corn Beef to same side of rye bread. Top-off the Reuben with one more slice of pepper turkey; add less than a handful of Sargento 6 Italian Cheese to same side of rye bread.
5. Place the single slice of rye bread face down on top of sandwich.
6. Add 1 tablespoon of Smart Balance Butter Blend or no-salt butter to frying pan. Immediately turnover Reuben with one hand holding the rye bread so that it will not fall apart. Let butter saturate rye bread for 3 minutes.
7. Add 1 more tablespoon of Smart Balance Butter Blend or no-salt butter to frying pan. In between pan-frying Reuben - lightly hit the top of the bread several times to ensure cheeses and Russian dressing are evenly distributed.
8. Flip over Reuben for one last time, let pan fry for 2 minutes more before removing from frying pan.
9. Slice Reuben in equal halves, garnish plate with kosher pickle and a few slices of Kim Chee; repeat steps to accommodate more than a party of two.
