Marinade of choice

You'll never have to worry about coming home after work and having to figure out what's for dinner. Not only do you have to decide on the main dish but you also have to prepare it. It can be a daunting thing to face every night after a long day. But when you learn about dump dinners you'll come home happy to cook. That's because almost all of the work has already been done. A dump dinner is fast, easy, and delicious, every time. What is a dump dinner? It's anything that you want it to be! When you use marinade, and your choice of meat, you can make a fast meal that never disappoints.
A dump dinner refers to the fact that you can dump everything into one pan to prepare it. But in this case, the dumping is done into a freezer bag, and the meal is prepared later. On a weekend, prepare several dump dinners by simply putting certain foods into freezer bags. Start with the meat that you want. Put chicken, pork chops, ribs, steak, or other meats, into the bag to begin any of the marinade dump dinners.
Pour marinade into the bag. It can be a real marinade, sold by the bottle, or it can be soup or another marinade replacement. A marinade can be chicken broth, a cream or a water soup, or your own homemade marinade. The meat will soak in the marinade as it is stored in the freezer. Don't like marinade? Soak the meat in barbecue sauce, Italian dressing, or even a rub.
Make several marinade meals, put them all in the freezer, and lay one out each morning before leaving. Come home, dump the meat and marinade out, and cook it. You can bake the meal, grill it, fry it in a skillet, or put it in a crock pot before leaving the house. The meat in the marinade is fabulous but you can also add your own things to it. Put in peppers, onions, mushrooms, cheese, or other ingredients, to continue with the dump meal as your family will like it.
A dump meal is a great dish that anyone can fix. It takes only minutes to prepare, and when it's prepared, it's ready to freeze. At any time, pull out the frozen meal, and dump it into the pan to cook. Make easy side dishes, like boil-n-bag rice, or canned vegetables, and you have a complete meal - one that is nutritious - and lots of time leftover to do what you want, such as take a nap before supper.
